Just dreaming to become Akshay Kumar isn’t the way to care about yourself right? Or else try to wake up early, not necessary to go to gym a 4 am, you can also run on the road in front of your house and let the dogs chase you, cause they have the potential to make you run for an hour.

Washing your dirty face every morning after waking up and before sleeping. Being tested positive for covid isn’t the way, focus on yourself and meditate to become positive with your surrounding or environment, basically practice gratitude to become more of you.

Getting inspired from Kumbhakarna (a powerful rakshasa and younger brother of Ravana from the Hindu epic Ramayana) and sleeping for very longer, raises the issue of chronic disease such as risk of coronary heart disease, stroke and diabetes than sleeping too little. So to overcome this type of problem you must sleep for 7 to 8 hours everyday, and set a consistent time limit for waking up.

To stay hydrated doesn’t mean to assume yourself as a fish and stay under water!  

Drink around 3-4 liters of water regularly. Keep your body flexible with yoga and eat fresh fruits, along with salad before having lunch, which would enhance your overall body by keeping you energetic throughout the day.

If you eat like its now or never, try to control it and limit your self, as expanded stomach pushes against other organs and makes you uncomfortable, which can also lead to feel tired, sluggish or drowsy and it would cost you a lot as you would need to buy new cloths.
